Tyree A. Richburg Third Police Precinct, located on St. Stephens Road in District 1.

The completed Satchel Paige Athletic Field is located in District 1 on Allison Street, next to Figures Community Center and Park and Le Flore High School.

Beautiful Lake Drive Tricentennial Park located in District 1 along Stanton Road at Three Mile Creek. It is the latest park in the City of Mobile.

The Virginia Dillard Smith Toulminville Library, located in Toulminville on Stanton Road, across from USA Hospital and next to Holloway Middle School.

A small portion of Nall Street Drainage Project located in District 1, which runs across Mobile Street near Nall Street.

The popular Sprayground in Tricentennial Park, the only one of its kind in the city: a Fred Richardson envision.
